By Purchasing a Season Pass, you confirm that you understand and accept the following terms and conditions:

1. A Pool Season Pass is only valid for the Splash Zone Pool daily, depending on operating hours, and will expire on 4 May 2025.
2. A Pool&Slide Season Pass is only valid for sliding on Weekends (Sat. & Sun.) and State School Holidays and for swimming in the Splash Zone Pool on a daily basis, depending on operating hours. This pass will expire on 4 May 2025.
3. A Season Pass is NOT VALID during other DISCOUNTED OFFERINGS, such as Group events, Birthday Parties, WetWakeUp, SoggySunSet, Bubble Trouble, or Pool Parties.
4. A Season Pass can only be used by one person and CAN NOT BE TRANSFERRED to another person. The issuer captures a photo of the pass holder and stores it in a secured electronic database for verification purposes only, ensuring a smooth and secure identification process.
5. The Season Pass holder MUST PRESENT THE PASS to receive a wristband that must be worn during your visit. It will allow you access to the water slides and pool (depending on your package) during NORMAL OPERATING HOURS.
6. BUBBLE TROUBLE: Depending on the Season Pass option, you will receive tickets to Bubble Trouble Sessions. You have to present the ticket to qualify for a complimentary session. The Ticket does not guarantee access to a session. Sessions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. A minimum height restriction of 1.3m applies for Bubble Trouble Sessions.
7. MINI GOLF: A Season Pass includes one FREE game of mini golf when you visit the pool or slides. You can only redeem this free game if you have visited for that day and still have your wristband on your arm. No wristband, No free game.
8. BRING-A-BUDDY: Depending on your season pass package, you will receive tickets to bring a friend to join you for FREE for a Pool&SlidePass. This ticket also includes a free Mini-Golf game per day visit. Bring-A-Buddy tickets are not valid for Bubble Trouble sessions, WetWakeUp, or SoggySunSet Specials.
9. Children under six must always be accompanied by a paying, responsible adult over 18 years of age.
10. Dolphin Beach Entertainment is not responsible for lost/stolen Passes. However, you can still use this pass if you are identified with your name and ID photo on the database.
11. If your wristband comes off during the day, request a new band from the ticket office.
12. A Season Pass is not refundable and/or exchangeable.
13. A Season Pass does not guarantee admission, as the park fills on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of guests allowed in the park is limited, so a waiting time to enter the park may apply, ensuring a fair and enjoyable experience for all guests.
14. A Season Pass does not guarantee a specific number of slides per visit, especially during peak hours.
15. Dolphin Beach Entertainment reserves the right to revoke a Pass without refund for any of the following prohibited actions: Violations of Park Rules, Safety Procedures, and Regulations; aiding another person in any way to obtain unauthorized entry into the park; or any conduct deemed by the Management to interfere with the safety or enjoyment of other guests. We trust our customers to act responsibly and respect our rules for the safety and enjoyment of all.
16. Dolphin Beach Entertainment has a zero-tolerance policy regarding theft or attempted theft in the Park. Passes will be revoked without refund for attempting, committing, or assisting in robbery.
17. The use of a Season Pass is subject to the operating regulations of Dolphin Beach Entertainment. All hours are weather- and season-bound and may change without prior notice.
18. Dolphin Beach Entertainment reserves the right to close the park earlier if it is not at a capacity that warrants the staff to keep it open.
19. Dolphin Beach Entertainment will not be held responsible for any loss suffered due to the water attractions not being operational due to natural/national disasters, civil riots, power outages, weather, safety, maintenance and/or technical reasons.
